Being Birmingham born and bred I know a good balti, since moving to Wales 25 years ago I’ve never found anything in a restaurant or ready meal anywhere as authentic as that…the vegetable pakora took me back to my youth grabbing a bag in the Stratford Rd with chilli sauce on the way home from a night on the town.
